Word High July: Hele and Dapit-Hapon

via areadingwritr

Do you know what song I’m currently feeling? Silk Sonic’s ‘Leave the Door Open’, which takes me to the 3rd prompt:

Hele: lullaby, a tender song sang to put a child to sleep

My lullaby game is weak, so I tried to imagine the moon “singing” to a sleeping child, and this is the end result:

Clair de Lune is French for moonlight. Although short, I had fun writing this piece. I also worked on the 4th prompt:

Dapit-Hapon: twilight, sunset, gloaming

With every sunset, a promise is given, and so this bit inspired by just that.

I just realized that the word ‘pink’ is kind of barely visible. It would’ve shown up on a ‘one-color background’ had I not wanted the template to look sunsetty, so I apologize for the overlook.

VERSE OF THE MONTH (July 2021):

And rend your heart, and not your garments,
and turn unto the Lordย your God:
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger,
and of great kindness,
and repenteth him of the evil.

Louvre Museum is the Worldโ€™s largest art museum and who does not know about the painting Mona Lisa. The museum opened on 10 August 1793 with an exhibition of 537paintings and now it is said to house approximately 38000 objects from pre-history to 21st century. As per sources, the museum gets around 10 million visitors every year.
