Amen! Well put! Educational institutions tend not to provide spiritual insight.

Bible Reflections ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ

WORSHIP.

Who or what do we invest time in worshipping instead of God? Is it social media where we attempt to find our 15 minutes of fame daily? The celebrities that are only flesh and blood like us? The books and music that demean our Creator by blaspheming His Name in every other paragraph or lyric? Is it money? Cursing? Pornography? Work?

It’s such an irony that we were created to worship God, yet, we deny His existence, and choose to worship celebrities and other devices that can’t ever promise us salvation.

God is eternal.ย Everything else is just temporal. It’s a reason why we’re warned not to love the things of this world.

VERSE OF THE MONTH (June 2021):

Love not the world,
neither the things that are in the world.
If any man love the world,
the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 2:15 ๐ŸŒŽ
We Will Worship ๐Ÿ™Œ

Nobody can stop my praise!

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

1 Timothy 6:7

We should always rejoice whenever a lost sheep returns home, for there is nothing in the world that would satisfy us and make us happy like the peace, joy, and comfort that God supplies through Christ.

I don’t really listen to our local music, so this is not the type of gospel I usually go for, but at the first listen, I just had to put it on repeat. Michelle Sylvester and Denyse Plummer have left a life of soca and calypso behind for the Kingdom. I enjoyed listening to their testimonies, and I pray that they’ll continue to be on fire and shine for Christ.

Let us worship Him!
