Thank you! 💙

Salut à tous!

2021 has officially come to a close. It’s been a tough year for blogging, as I had to readjust to make way for new projects and other engagements in my life, but I always tend to find my way back here. I’m not 88.9% sure of what my next step is, but I do know I want to thank you, the reader, for setting sail on this journey with me.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my posts, and to leave comments. Thank you for checking in and for your words of encouragement. I really appreciate your time, patience, understanding, and even advice. I’ve been blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community, and it wouldn’t have been so without you, so a huge THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

May the tears we cry in 2021, water those flowers to bloom in 2022. May the happiness we sow in 2021, reap joy in 2022. And may the peace of God set your heart aright.

Goodbye 2021, hello 2022, and all the best to all of you.

I’m Quitting My Blog

Anne has been a constant member of the WP community, and I’m going to really miss her presence here, but she’s embarking on a beautiful life soon!

Anne, it was a pleasure to read your book reviews, your thoughts about college, and even your movie views. I’ll stop by your YouTube channel soon! Thank you for being a part of the community, and may God bless your new life. 💙

Anne with a Book

Yeah…unfortunately, this is not clickbait. I started this blog back in December of 2016. And this will be my last post for the foreseeable future. I can’t believe it’s already been almost five years that I’ve posting on an almost perfect schedule (there are just a handful of times I couldn’t post for various reasons). I started with no followers but my mother, and now I’ve grown to almost 1,500 followers. It’s something I’m very proud of and I have loved every minute of blogging!

Blogging is such a fulfilling enterprise and it’s taught me valuable lessons. I have gotten better at writing and now writing pretty much everything short feels like a breeze to me. Words come more easily to me and I’m much better at basic grammar. I have learned better discipline and been able to talk to other amazing book nerds about books!

So you might be…
